When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. When customers submit testimonials through your collection forms, we collect their name, email, and testimonial content, along with any optional fields you enable (job title, company).
We use your information to provide the Trustwall service, including displaying approved testimonials through embeddable widgets, managing your account, processing payments, and sending service-related emails.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Trustwall (Supabase for hosting, Stripe for payments, Vercel for deployment).
Testimonials marked as "approved" are publicly visible through your embed widgets. Testimonial submitters' email addresses are never displayed publicly and are only visible to the project owner in their dashboard.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard. Testimonial submitters can request removal of their testimonials by contacting the project owner or us directly.
We use essential cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
