Trustwall provides a platform for collecting, managing, and displaying customer testimonials on websites through embeddable widgets.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.
You agree not to use Trustwall to collect or display fake testimonials, impersonate others, distribute spam, or violate any applicable laws.
You are responsible for the testimonials displayed on your website. By approving a testimonial, you confirm you have the right to display it publicly. Testimonial submitters retain ownership of their content.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Each plan has limits on testimonials and widgets. If you exceed your plan limits, you will need to upgrade or remove content to stay within your plan.
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service downtime.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all your data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Trustwall after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
